The Epstein Files
In November 2025 Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act. It requires the Department of Justice to make its unclassified records on Jeffrey Epstein public.
The Department now publishes those records in an online library. Names and identifying details of victims are redacted. The library says it will be updated if more documents are identified for release.
President Donald Trump appears in the files. ABC News reported in January 2026 that his name comes up thousands of times in the released documents, many of them in news articles included in the records. The files also include photographs of him. He has denied any wrongdoing.
Our position is simple. The public should be able to read the record for itself. The people Epstein harmed deserve to be heard.
